  • Greet the customer with warmth, courtesy & personalized greeting
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Offering the best fit to the customer through the cross sell/up sell when applied according to the customer's type
  • Provide in-depth service knowledge including benefits, and overall value
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers
  • Fulfill the customer need with speed & simplicity (Can do attitude)
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm, positive and professional manner, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Ensure that the customer got all the needed service before leaving the counter
  • Accurately handle cash, and inventory
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work space
  • Report anything unusual, or any major incidents, to management
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Recommend potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Handling opening & end of day operation
