1. Engage with engineers throughout Garment to learn about pain points, and work alongside a technical lead to define and prioritize solutions.
2. Develop systems/solutions with a focus on scalability, testability, and maintainability
3. Encourages and supports others to take on responsibility, authority, and accountability
4. Support the rest of the DevOps team in adoption by Engineers in such a way that makes on-boarding pleasant and seamless.
5. Write and review application code.
6. Develop, maintain, and extend a variety of systems, including open-source, ready-made, and in-house applications.
7. Collaborate with colleagues on an energetic, growing team.
8. You’ll have the opportunity to develop our existing Solutions.
9. Participate in on-call rotations and help improve incident response.
